I did a bit of reading and it appears to be the transfer of assets (shares) from one institute to another that occurred late 2006. Page 12 of the attachement gives the details
I don't know the relevance of the form being disclosed now unless it has taken that long to declare it.
I don't think it is a major announcement. I have only been following this stock for a couple of months so certainly no expert on the company's history.
