    Riijkard, either of those outcomes will improve the SP.

    1. If they were to come back with a better offer, SP will follow
    2. If they were to buy a substantial portion of the company 5%+ on the market, it will drive the SP up.

    I see this as a win win situation for shareholders and company, with added confidence towards management's operating style.
