Well the law suit is going to be a walk in the park for BTA, kudos to management.
IMO they have as good as won, they have an air tight case and I think we would not be jumping the gun by starting to speculate on the value added to the share price when we recieve a butt-load of cash sometime between April 2008 and April 2009 (Hopefully).
