How many options are there?
Who gets a free carry?

Who is in for the build?
The prospecting has been funded...by random shareholders.
The litigation got Genorah in debt, I imagine
and now
and now we are waiting for notorisation after all that good work with a few catch 22s hanging over us, like show DMR the funding but funding comes before or after notorisation?

BEE like free carry or get into debt trying to keep up their equity as mines are built, I think.
So without government assistance this BEE thing is a pipe dream,or drainpipe for BEE equity, imho.
and the SA system is not inspiring OS retail investors, the most managable sort....
What can company mangement do? diddlysquat... without the SA government supporting BEE,imo. Does Susan realise this? she just wants a charity mining industry to solve her governments problems...

I dont see an easy fix.
