how can MMX have got a better deal when they have lost a court case they have been fighting for years
I could be wrong but it reads the CHM is entitled to 25% of MMX's flagship asset as well as other profits + $15m -$30m in cash for 10m shares depending on the price used be it $1.50 or $3 MMX
short term share price never reflects true underlying value
in for a punt
how can MMX have got a better deal when they have lost a court...
