What gets me is that mmx were strapped for cash,ergo the money from CHM was from a "lender of last resort",where do they get the 5.8% interest only payable,who else would have lent mmx any money and at what prevailing interest rate?
If IMHO CHM dont get an equitable return from this corporate debacle/fraud SHrs from all ASX listed stocks will have been dudded.
There are no guaruntees that this situation wont reoccur,Id hate to think I was a SHr in a stock where this occured.
