You don't need to have tons of brain to see how CHM operates. Only a few mins after the verdict they came up with their ridiculous "We Won" announcement which was clearly misleading.
That created the surge to 0.035 where smart guys in the know got the opportunity to dump and a bunch of naive people ended up with big babies on their laps so to speak LOL
I have no idea how and why ASX lets them to get away with things like that.
MMX management is pretty happy with the results and I'm not surprised why LOL
First of all, CHM doesn't have the money to launch an appeal and even if it did, would be complete madness,throwing good money after bad cuz the judgement is so clear.
