It's a very good update but I would of liked to see something a bit more significant in terms of up-front payment. However it's great to see confidence in CVAC from a partner after the data that much of the ASX bulked at as implying overall failure. Prima really needed this in more ways than one & the future profit split while not an ideal scenario to give away for a drug that has had no up-front this deal does bolster confidence while returning some future cash flow & milestone payments. Importantly the deal is still really not treading on Prima's future revenue as profit splits is only in regards to Israel.

Not sure what exactly to expect from market with this & how they will value it but guess still 90 days to finalise formally.

I do wonder why they released this after market though - that's usually the place to deliver news you want to try and slide on by - but surely not here ?
