Grant, I was wondering if you have come across any more detail around the traps on the financials/profitability of the EDS division. Not sure if you have had the need to do that anyway but I have tried my hardest and failed to make any headway. I am very encouraged by today's announcement and am perhaps reading a little more into the tone of what was said than some might think is warranted. Adding this announcement to what I have already heard, I would now be very surprised if complications arose in the next 10 days and scuttled the deal- which is a lot more than I would have said beforehand where all you could read was the price action. I would not expect any great rush of buyers on this announcement but a push back above 5c would not be a surprise.
