Market did not receive the last announcement well, maybe perhaps the costs of the rail is too much or perhaps it comes at the time when all io stocks crashing. Wouldve run a little if they bothers to put in a few nice words in the announcement. Doesnt seems like they care at all, 1 page announcement for a market sensitive.
