Mitta, personally I look on the anns as a progress report by the company.
There are dozens of anns by companies every day I suspect couched in terms "market sensitive". Some increase the sp and bit, some decrease it a bit, others are treated as "ho hum", some increase the sp a lot and of course some decrease the sp a lot.
So what is a good ann? Perhaps if you define what you mean by the term "good", it might help to answer your query.
