I am with you. It seems to me that people are too greedy to read the facts and underlying value of the company properly. I have observed some companies use 'very high' or 'extremely high' with the sole purpose of jacking up the sp.

Look at the fact, TON recently appointed 'technical director with a salary package of $350,000 with equal amount in bonus each year at shareholder's expense. TON expenses continues to grow and it would not be too long before TON go back to market for another CR in few months time.

If one have a closer look of the deposit- high grade graphite flakes are thinly populated compared to medium and low grades. This makes mining very expensive and in some locations it would be economically unviable.
