Bigstar , there was never any obligation mentioned , it was always up to ROG on a permit by permit basis . Nevertheless this is top news from a top company and holders can TRUST that RG will deliver .
I missed the announcement on the close and will be back in immediately.
I believe they will be able to announce a rig for atp840 very very soon . And so will CTP for O2 .
Bull run coming again .
