    Philbo CEB was up and running no need to pump huge dollars in for feasibility.I am sure Slr will spend some money looking at the way Igr were developing the mine but the drilling has been largely done and they chose to trial mine.
    The 75m borrowed is on a standby basis.Looks to me like another acqisition is on the horizen.
