I suspect that the packer and main production tubing is being set inside the 7” casing, because as they said in the ann a "tight hole" I have no reason to doubt the following statment as being accurate and accept as such.

No doubt the decision to stop drilling, was a consensus off all the experts, and no doubt made for common sense reasons.

We employ management to make these decisions, because we want to sit back and just make money.

Let them make the decisions and stop trying to second guess them and or bring in armchair experts who are NOT onsite and or privy to all the information required to make informed decisions.
