These guys have got all of their funding organised already - and then this result. Often there is a decent result and then a crap raise occurs.
Cato - I'm thinking a lot of the recent selling in the 545 to 555 range you are probably referring to was profit taking by placement recipients. If I am right - the weaker hands have already reduced their holdings significantly.
TERP was about $5.52 - I don't see why we should sit lower than that SP - especially helpful is that XEJ is up about 7 or 8% since then too.
If I am not wrong about this being a good result, a conservative target could be TERP plus 7% = $5.90, before factoring in any success beyond market expectations here.
