ariver, bbqwer - I don't mean to sound rude, but you guys really need to head to the newbies forum and honestly learn more about trading, investing and normal practices.

Go to that forum and ask 'How do placements best work"

I don't want ot tie up the MAK forum now, but a placement to Institutions and sophisticated invesotrs means hte share price is supported well, and stable.

When a placement is offered to existing shareholders, it usually retraces to that price anyway, gets inundated with traders, and disrupts the price.

So the way MAK have gone is MUCH better for the long term health of the share price.
It's a fait accomplis - done, no more shares on offer, and a lot htat wanted them couldn't get them (or perhaps only got a percentage of what they applied for) so we can expect a lot of market support, less free float and an 'upwardly mobile share price'....

I am extremely impressed with management going for funds to continue faster at this stage.The sector is red hot, as seen by the IPL price rise......

Hold on for the ride - imo......
