Treefeed - the big boys don't just make a decision within minutes of an announcement to make a major play. They will assess and over a matter of weeks or months accumulate. It is unrealistic to expect an announcement and instant buying. IGR needs big volume, and therefore major buyers, to move the SP north dramatically, that just doesn't happen instantly after an announcement.

All looks good - we have the gold, the low cost, the mngt. Need to confirm underground, provide a strong resource upgrade, and wait for the world to stabilize and we will be happy! That may take months, maybe a year, all about timing...
