Debate is degenerating. I hold both SLR and IGR. Both because the management of each is excellent, and their future is bright. SLR adds a copper angle, IGR has multiple mines coming into play, and keeps coming out with boringly consistent drilling results!
Whether one is better than the other just depends on your investing timeframe. As this is different for each individual, you will get a different view!
