Im thinkin they both got each other by the balls...who or what stipulates when the deal is complete,and is there a time limit on that..??? and what happens then if its deemed not complete..???does HNC ask for their money back and walk away..or can CMR say ..well the deal aint complete so heres ya 72mill now F**k OFF and then go it alone...??? Maybe these delays might have a bit more to them than meets the eye..eeehhhh..HNC are screwin the price down for a takeover and CMR are delaying to get a nullification on the deal....hahahaha...whos got who..??? they both got each other maybe...partnerships never work do they.....mmmmm..72 mill for the other half eh...tempting isnt it....haha
