I'm sure that if the deal fell through there'd be enough shareholders willing to put in the 72M to pay off the "loans". Would result in minor diltution but about 25m shares should cover it. Might even only be 20m if they can push the price up first.

Plus if HNC walk there would be other chinese interest who would fill the void. What about going to a RIO to ask for $72m they'd open the petty cash draw and pay us.
