Reads to me like an ann. for an ann's sake.

All it says is that Hunan have paid up their agreed contribution for the develoopment of oxides project.

The fact that Hunan has not before been so eager to pay up even on time let alone in advance (seemingly), begs a number of questions, like:
is CMR war chest running low?,
further costs blown out on the horizon?
or are Hunan just looking to shore up their remaining CMR share value?

Mining news is what the market is looking for, not accounting news!
