I feel it is you that makes no sense.
MOUs are worthless with Chineese company's just ask FMG MGX CXM what they think of MOUs.

Dont get me wrong I think the project has plenty of potential but you have to look at how historicly Chineese companies have repeatedly broken their agreements with oz mining companies,
If it was an agreement with Germanic-American, or Japanese company then it would be of value.
When the Chineese put some money on the table then I will take note of the agreement, and so will the market.
