I'm not sure they'll need a jv partner ... they have enough acumen around the board table to orchestrate a contract mining operation IMO. They will need some cash for some capital (including working capital) and breathing space as a counterparty. But they dont need a jv partner IMO. They have Peabody as neighbours so anything is possible I suppose.

IMO ... have mining licence, will set the stage for a reasonable CR...
