The chairman is telling you there's a way to go until JV signed methinks .... getting out an IV like that is a good way to hose down the expectation. they have until november to get someone in the tent, may have to wait until july-sug-sept ... i hold some ... but hoping ive got a few more weeks until it really bolts. says majors due diligence alone is 5-6 months. far will have to take a month after receiving an offer. great stock to keep accumulating though.
