Don't forget these majors have been doing their due diligence for a few months already. Time-line imo 4-8 weeks but sp will firm. It certainly sounds like the calibre of JV is going to be a "buzooka". FAR really is a sleeping giant and will go off when the JV is announced imo. Just imagine the sp if/when a billion barrel target comes up trumps.
