There was another ann out earlier today re: distributions from FMF, the SMH were at it again, wielding the hatchet over non payment of Feb distributions to investors.

Fund distributions
In response to particular media speculation, the Directors of City Pacific Limited are
pleased to confirm that the February distribution payment to investors in the City
Pacific First Mortgage Fund and the City Pacific Income Fund is being paid today
Friday, 14 March 2008. The timing of this payment is in accordance with the terms of
each Fund’s Constitution.

So there you have it. The money's being paid. It's not another MFS. But I suppose CIY will continue to cop flack until at least the end of the month when the CBA repayment is due.
