Ok, so positives and negatives from this development:

    Positives:
If the CFO says that he's leaving to save cash, then that's obviously the right thing to do. Nice to see a director not helping himself from the trough to the detriment of shareholders. So moving forward it's the correct move.
An immediate cash surplus provides the opportunity to redistribute those funds to where they are most needed at present.
A leaner organisation buys time, which is what SBN needs.
And perhaps the CFO did not feel that his services were the best use of company funds, so it was the responsible thing to do.

    Negatives:
Did he jump or was he pushed? The only way that we'll find that out is if he starts selling his shares. So no point arguing about that at this stage.

Same goes for whether this means the company is on trouble or not. If he starts selling his shares then maybe it is. Mute point until any selling, if at all.

The biggest concern (again) is that this has happened immediately after a cap raising. To me it means that in the short term cash is going to be very tight, and there may possibly be further dilution with an institutioanl placement.

Long term - great product in a great market. Don't know enough about the remaining management to comment intelligently on that.
