Essentially this is not a great deal more than the pro rata rate Paul was being paid beforehand apart from the fact he now gets leave and Superannuation. I guess you pay for what you get in this game and we do have a first class management team. However they must deliver for all shareholders now and I firmly believe both Paul Dowd and the board will do just that.
