I really get the grumps up when I read the complaints on the $$. We can pay $250K and get a muppet, watch the company collapse and then wonder what happened......or we can pay the man what he is worth and be confident we have a top class person looking after our investment.

Have a good look at who we have....then place him in ay other company. We are if anything a little light on for the calibre of person we have....

I can assure you that when the truck drivers are getting $150K plus to work in the mines, to put someone at the top with all the legal responsibility for safety, environment and financial....you have to ay the correct money.
