    If they are accumulating ...when do we see a notice.
    The day after....is that the rule????
    I see they are doing a mine plan....bit early...when they dont have a Mine License or have been signed up for the money for it.
    Does anyone know why we dont have a ML yet
    2 signatures missing and that is why big private investors and insto's see it as a risk.
