LI1 would hardly agree to a friendly TO if they didn't see the move as positive for "their" company

Question is: is there sufficient synergy to make the new entity a stronger more viable player in the market ?

My gut feeling is yes


As far as SP is concerned: ST could go the the raising price of the equity raising involved in the deal - or if the market see this as a major move (reported world wide from Canada to Zimbabwe, and almost no coverage on aussie news) could go to the next level

Monday may give an indication if TH will be lifted.
