I believe too they are taking a less risky course of action (impetus by way of MobiData purchase offer)by going the way of sale rather than the more risky demerger (brought on by recent global economic conditions) which they originally announced to the market.
I see both Mr Sholl's and Panutti's successive stepping down as part of the company's streamlining efforts.YES as difficult as it may sound hard to believe I believe chivalry still exists and also THE knowledge by both parties that they can achieve more by devoting 100% of their energies/skills by going it 'alone' to pursue growth (as in Mr Sholl's case) and a very favourable outcome for the MobiData sale (Mr Pannuti).
