What's all this talk of a $16M valuation by BSI? Do any of you guys know who BSI is? They're small time service providers to start ups. They write business plans (really bad ones, void of any due diligence, in my experience) and hold an investor roadshow once a quarter to help start ups raise $500K to a $2M from their network of angel investors. They also have some government grants contacts. All very small fish stuff.
But more to the point, their valuations are not official valuations verified by due diligence. Their valuations are based on looking at a companies own projections. That's it!
The market is always correct and those investor/traders that truly do their own research are telling you what it thinks of BSI's "valuation".
