Hey Raks
Like many others I've had emails from Mark before in response to specific requests for info, but I've never received a 'group email', so add me to the list on non-receivers. Sure the answers Mark has given me to specific questions in the past have patently been worded in a similar fashion to emails others received, but in my view thats fine and doesn't constitute any sort of group missive - just consistency of message.
