T10....Yep the markets are definately volatile...a friend of mine in the US said to expect a volatile 2008 and its definately living up to that reputation...yeah chapel street has plenty of eye candy, thats for sure, and of course great food and coffee.....i have a friend who lives in ST lenoards in Sydney....nice area !
not to mention the nice beaches Sydney has....melbourne is lacking in that unless you drive to Lorne up the coast... I had better stick to the sublect now otherwise some one may tell on me...lol
