Agree buyback never had a hope,, looks defeatist, this company will be pursuing takeovers or it will be taken over. Looking at the board I think the latter is more likely. Assets are certainly solid but not world class - however the size of the company is attractive to a number of acquirors. Should make its way back over $2 as resources market recovers, One to put in the drawer for a while IMO
