Which is great as it means Alex can focus on product development.
In addition.. they maintain their $20m revenue forecast, but are unable to forecast earnings (which is understandable IMO).
So all in all.. i see it as a great announcement!
Furthermore.. they are looking at more acquisitions (as per the section on Bob Finn)... which is terrific. The more scale they have, the better their bargaining power with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
