ann out - no deal, page-31

We may be all misreading this. We have had two ann. in 48 hours. The first was about the re-profiling which was actually also saying the Montsant deal was off. This was, of course, confirmed in the later ann.
The wording of the first ann is interesting, 'in connection with the re-profiling of the debt' (not saying in talks about the re-profiling)
and
'a further ann. concerning the Debt Re-profile will be made prior to the commencement of trading Thursday, 15th of May triggering the lifting of the TH'
To be honest, there is only one way to read this...they HAVE re-profiled the debt and the TH will lift tomorrow. Maybe they knew the Montsant deal fell over weeks back and have been in discussions with lenders for a while organising the re-profile. Probably explains the release of the positive April up-date.
