yes i find it unusual that everyone seems to think this is good news. If the company canned the Monstant deal why doesn,t the announcement say that. It seems clear that Monsant did the walking. if the current lenders do stump up more money to protect their position why wouldnt they go for a similar dilutionary deal on shareholders put forward by monstant -there are no other options open to the company
