    I dont know how people could have thought this announcement was negative ... the moment I read it I knew the market would like the fact that management were not prepared to give cheap shares away. It says to me ....
    1] They believe strongly in their tech & its potential
    2] They want to protect shareholder value
    3] As owners of shares they are protecting their own interests

    Speaks volumes ... I was out, but bought on open.
