hey whatsup - I can assure you i am not victorious in disguise. just an investor trying to get ahead (like us all) and unfortunately having bad experinces with consolidations in the past - need a lot of faith in management with them and hasn't worked for me in the past. also a great believer in looking after your own and in this case that represents the shareholders of ceo. i could be wrong here but time will tell and hopefully the management do reward current shareholders and NOT go on another cr with instos later further diluting our shareholding. ATM with the proposed consolidation i need to receive $2 per share just to break even - all shareholders will obviously have a different scenario that is easily worked out.
