I think the important thing to note here that the cap raising price has not been set yet (at least, not that we are aware). When we resume trading, there would have to be a fair chance of some significant upside. (don't forget we got to 17 cents when the first drill results were announced).

I still won't be surprised if the cap. raising price is set above the last traded price. Obviously we would need to see some significant upside in the next week for that to happen, but anything is possible.

By the way, I finally got a response from my email last night. Jade was very apologetic for not getting back to me sooner, but as she noted, they were very busy this week!! The delay was from the vendors side, not ours, and she assured me that now the agreement is signed, that we are now in control of the timetable, and any changes to the timetable will definitely be advised from now on.
