I noticed that many investors in the market pay too much...

I noticed that many investors in the market pay too much attention to NTA when evaluating a REIT and ignore other factors such as: Debt ratio (gearing), cap rate, Distribution yield, and Occupancy rate.

Things will be much clearer when the full financial results will be released after two days, i still dont understand why the management decided to announce the results of assets revaluation two days earlier!!!

IMO VPG does not look as a good investing opportuinty at the moment as you can find better value elsewhere especially that they are not paying distribution.
