re real estate prices. We are told today property affordability is at the lowest it has been for some time
because of demand. If no one can afford property who can who are pushing up the price. Are we again getting cashed up speculators moving in who will set off another bust later. Who are buying and why is VPG so down? Something doesn't make sense here. Can anyone else make sense of the property market.
