This is just a hunch but I have a feeling and it looks like to me a VWAP is being formed for an average price. Yesterday's drop with a sell of 35 shares totalling $2.45

And today's drop again to 0.007 after they buys at 0.008 makes me think the brokers eyeing this stock or who may be involved with the "POSSIBLE" CR (possible underwriter) needs the sp to be around 0.005 to 0.007 to set the right VWAP

This is just speculation on my part but I have seen this many times before.

As we all know current negotiations are taking place, that's a given now we have a mining licence I'm just intrigued and wiring patiently for more news!

With all honesty I am very optimistic with where MOU will be in the near future and is one of the stocks I hold and will continue to hold and accumulate even if it goes lower on manipulation!
