Indigo, by keeping the cr small they are limiting the dilution and making it attractive for T/O.
T/O is still on the table.

Mgt made the cr attractive at 2.5c but controlled it by limiting the number of shares. This is a thank you for the yes vote at the AGM.
Obviously, some one new about this last year.
BCK saying they were in discussion with FMG re rail and Arizon was probably playing hard ball, that why FMS got $5/ton foundation member refund. IMO
