Announcement out, formal prelim results of trial and 12 month follow up. The results are great, the lowest reaction was a 10% drop in insullin intake but the patient's glucose reading reduced from 10.1 to 7.3 - this means that the patient will significantly reduced long term effects, such as blindness, limb amputation, kidney and heart disease which is the usual result of type 1 diabetes.
