We have to see what the argument is, the total claim and what the ZCourt thinks of it.
There is a high chance this could be thrown out of Court deems this a frivolous claim or shareholders losing money?
If it gets up the Directors may have to folk out BIG bikkys before the Company. We may have to ask for a raise of that Capex @ 3.5%.
