This litigation plan is absolutely crazy. Who do they think ends up paying ? The shareholders. Any settlement or award by the court comes from the company's money which is ultimately the shareholder's money.

All the Centro shareholders have lost money through the price fall in the company's shares. It unfortunate but thats life. All shareholders may have had an excessively optimistic view of the company's value prior to 18 December last year.

The notion that some shareholders should compensate other shareholders for this is deeply flawed.
